What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to help us build out our engineering team. Someone who loves to code every day but also with the passion and strategic nous to build and mentor a brilliant team of more junior engineers.  Our stack is cutting-edge and in great shape.   

We would love you to be:

    • Well versed in front and back end development (typically 6+ years experience). Mobile experience is great, but is not essential
    • An engineer at heart who loves and wants to code every day
    • A capable, supportive mentor with the confidence to embed and grow a new team, and the vision to help set our engineering strategy.
    • Committed to continuing professional and personal development, both individually and for the team
  • A great communicator and collaborator
  • At home in a fast paced, growth focussed environment
  • Experienced in / familiar with a range of technologies:
    • Javascript (essential)
    • React.JS (essential)
    • Typescript 
    • NodeJs
    • React Native 
    • MongoDB
    • Neo4J
    • AWS
    • Azure
    • Terraform
    • Serverless (api gateway / lambda / azure functions)
    • ElasticSearch

Interview process:    

  1. Informal phone conversation with our Talent Partner about your experience and expectations to see if we are the right fit for each other
  2. Introductory call with our team
  3. A technical test / showcase and follow up interview with our CTO
  4. Final interview with senior management
